J. Kevin Elmendorf, Esq. earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, in 1977, and graduated from McGeorge School of Law / University of Pacific in 1982, with a Juris Doctor degree in 1982.  He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982.

Mr. Elmendorf has been active in professional and community volunteer organizations and has served as Chair of the State Bar General Practice Section and as the Chair of the  Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Natural Resource Committee & Water/Flood Control Committee among other leadership roles.  Mr. Elmendorf currently voluntarily serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Sacramento Superior Court in the Settlement Department.

Gregory L. Windheim, Esq.  achieved his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978, graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with Honors.  He earned his Juris Doctor degree from McGeorge School of Law / University of Pacific in 1982 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982.

Mr. Windheim has twice been a contributor to the California State Bar’s Continuing Education of the Bar Handbook on Wrongful Termination and he has been recognized and testified as an expert witness in Superior Court and in Arbitration regarding Employment Law.

Mr. Windheim has completed jury trials to verdict in both state and federal court and  represented clients in over one hundred administrative proceedings regarding employment and licensing related matters.
